		<description><![CDATA[Both quantum gravity and SUSY have an observational motivation. We observe gravity and quantum effects. The question is how do you combine them. Similarly SUSY was proposed to solve a problem suggested by observation. That said neither models of quantum gravity nor SUSY should be accepted until there is direct experimental confirmation of some predictions.]]></description>

You just killed quantum gravitation and SUSY.  OTOH, management obsesses on what is measurable instead of promoting what is important.  Bottom line, the only trusted employee is one whose sole marketable asset is loyalty.  First derivatives sell books, second derivatives sell guns.  Know whether extrema are sulci or gyri... then stand back.  All discovery is insubordination.]]></description>
